M2M Condos is a master-planned development by Aoyuan Property Holdings consisting of five glass towers and an exclusive collection of townhomes, currently under construction at Cummer Ave. and Yonge Street.

Located in the Newtonbrook neighbourhood of North York, this area is one of the most in-demand in Toronto. Phase 1 will consist of two buildings rising from a shared 8-storey podium featuring retail and commercial space. In addition, four levels of underground parking will house 877 parking spots.

The total of five residential condo towers will stand at 43, 40, 39, 36 & 34 storeys with the total of 1660 units located in North York, ON.
