The developers are proposing five towers, ranging from 21 to 39 storeys, with a mix of residential, retail and office use. In total, residential suites will include 636 one-bedrooms units, 989 two-bedroom units and 108 three-bedroom units, for a total of 1478 units.

Amexon’s redevelopment has been in the planning stages for the past 10 years.
