Sense Condos is the second  phase of Rain/Sense Condo development by Empire Communities located at Speers Rd & Kerr St, Oakville.

Rain/Sense  Condos is a master planned high-rise neighbourhood in the heart of Oakville, located at the entrance to the historic Kerr Village. Developer Empire Communites moved two historic homes to make way for this two-tower development. The two homes are quite unique to the area in that they are the only two remaining which were built with shale taken from Lake Ontario. Located at 531 to 533 Kerr Street, the first Smith home was built in 1911 to resemble the 200 year-old home of the builder’s parents from Aberdeen, Scotland. The second home was built two decades later in the 1930s.

A striking glass and white metal façade with a fresh, urban design, Rain & Sense Condos consists of two towers – 19(Sense) and 21 ( Rain) storeys, with 244 units and 288 units  – that are connected by a five-storey podium. Suites range from functional studios to luxurious two-bedroom plus den layouts, and all contain expansive glass balconies or terraces and high-quality features and finishes. Suites are designed with open-concepts living and dining spaces, ample sized bedrooms, closet space, storage, and bathrooms.
